The fully automatic CNC hydraulic high-precision bar cutting machine is equipped with an automatic feeding rack. The whole bundle of bar material is placed on the material rack and placed flat. The bar material will follow the slope of the material rack and be separated by the material distribution device before entering Conveying wheel, the conveying wheel conveys the bar material to a predetermined position and then stops. When the conveying wheel stops, the feeding clamp clamps the bar material, and the servo motor drives the clamp to feed the material through the screw rod and the wire rail. When the bar material extends beyond the size of the cutter to the specified size (generally 20mm to 30mm long) , The hydraulic cutting system moves, cuts the material head and sends the material head to the waste area. After the material head is cut, the reducer automatically calculates the length and makes the bar extend beyond the cutter according to the weight and bar diameter set by the operator. The length is consistent with the calculation result, the second bar is cut, the automatic weighing system is operated, and the cut bar is weighed. If it meets the weight requirements, it enters the automatic cutting program. If it does not meet, it is automatically calculated And adjust the length of the bar until it meets the requirements. The last section of each bar will be ejected by the next section of bar and enter the waste area for manual processing. In the process of automatic material cutting, the bar that does not meet the requirements enters the waste area, and the qualified products enter the area.

Fully automatic CNC hydraulic high-precision bar cutting machine includes material loading system, servo feeding system, hydraulic shearing system, weighing system (optional), sorting system, lubrication system, etc. The servo feeding system uses Taiwan servo motor and screw , Line rails, etc. to achieve feeding, using Taiwan imported hydraulic valves, seals to achieve cutting, using Valley automatic lubrication pump to lubricate the equipment. Use PLC and touch screen to make the various systems work together.
