Who is Ami Houseware
Hangzhou Ami Houseware Co., Ltd, also known as Yongkang NewStar Industry & Trade Co., Ltd, has been developing, manufacturing and marketing drinkware for more than 15 years from Yongkang City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China.
What do you produce
Vacuum flasks, vacuum travel bottles, coffee mugs, auto mugs, stainless steel sport bottles, plastic and Tritan water bottles, motivational bottles, shaker and shake bottles, tumblers, kid's bottles, lunch boxes, coffee pots, vacuum air pots, wine drinkware, cream whippers and the portable cereal cup.
How large is the factory
10 production lines including 25 blowing machines and 36 plastic-injection machines, with more than 300 skilled employees and 18 QC inspectors.
Quality and Compliance
Which materials do you use and are they food safe
PP, PE, Tritan, acrylic, PCTG, AS, TPE, silicone, stainless steel, glass and ceramic. They are 100% food safe grade, compliant with European and American food safety standards, and have passed third party tests such as FDA and LFGB.
Which audits and standards have you passed
We have passed the factory audit of BSCI and SEDEX as well as audits from Walmart, Starbucks, Target, Costco and HEMA. Our products have passed TuV and GS standards.
How is quality checked during production
18 QC inspectors work on quality inside the factory.
Orders
What is your lead time
We deliver off the shelf and OEM orders in seven to 30 days, depending on model, quantity and customisation.
Do you take OEM and ODM work
Yes. We have created more than 100 new items and we are a supplier of world famous brands. Send us your requirement and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I combine several product lines in one order
Yes. The whole range is produced in one factory, so flasks, plastic bottles, lunch boxes and cream whippers can travel in the same shipment.
How do I send a drawing or artwork
Send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. We do not use enquiry forms on this site.
Product Information
Why does a product page not always show capacity and dimensions
For part of the catalogue the original records hold photographs and the model reference only. We would rather send you a confirmed specification sheet than publish a figure we cannot stand behind. Message us the model number and we will reply with capacity, product size, box size, packing quantity, carton size and weight.
