Work gloves are built on a knitted liner with a dipped coating. The liner decides comfort, breathability and dexterity; the coating decides grip, chemical behaviour and wear resistance. Amflex supplies the four main coatings — nitrile, latex, PVC and polyurethane — plus PVC dotted gloves and thermal winter gloves.
Choosing between them is mostly a question of what the hand touches. Nitrile handles oil, grease and cut risk. Latex gives elasticity and grip in wet and dry work. PVC is the economical answer to chemicals and oils. PU is the thin, low-lint choice for small parts and electronics.
