Self-Manufacture
Amflex is a self-manufacturer and wholesaler, not a trading intermediary. Production runs in our own factories in Jiangsu province while the marketing office sits in Shanghai.
Published Item Tables
Weight, length, tensile strength, elongation rate, AQL level, palm and finger thickness are published for every disposable glove item code. The quotation uses the same table.
Certificates
Amflex holds ISO and CE certificates. Products are also certified to individual customer requirements.
Cleanroom Packing
Cleanroom gloves are vacuum packed inside a clean room with air shower equipment, which helps control the particle level. The whole process is strictly supervised.
Aging Tests
Household glove pages publish physical properties both before aging and after accelerated aging, so buyers can see how the glove behaves over its life.
Sterile Processing
Surgical gloves are sterilised by gamma irradiation or ETO and produced at AQL 1.5 across all seven sizes.

ISO And CE Certificates
Amflex holds the ISO and CE certificates, and products are certified to our customers' requirements. Certificate copies for a specific item code are sent by email on request — tell us the item code and the destination market and we will send the matching documents.
