One Glove Grade Rarely Fits A Whole Plant
An examination room, a packing line and a cleanroom do not need the same glove. Buying a single grade across all three means either paying too much on the line or falling short in the lab.
Amflex publishes the full item table for every glove family — weight for M size, minimum length, tensile strength, elongation rate, AQL level, palm and finger thickness, plus the usage each grade was built for. That table is the same one used for quotation.
- Nitrile from 3.0 g to 9.5 g, all powder-free at AQL 1.5
- Vinyl from 4.0 g to 7.0 g, powdered and powder-free, AQL 4.0 to 1.5
- Cleanroom vinyl vacuum packed for class 1000 to 10000
- Surgical latex in seven sizes, gamma or ETO sterilised
