Specification and Quality

What is the material of your products?

All our aluminum perforated sheets materials are aluminum alloy. If the thickness is lower than 5mm thick, we will take aluminum alloy 1100 series and 3003 series. If the thickness is 6-10mm, we will take the materials of aluminum alloy 5000 series.

What thickness can you do for your aluminum sheets?

We can do the thickness from 1.2mm to 10mm.

What designs can you do for your aluminum perforated sheets?

Actually, all our designs are customized, so we can do any designs for the metal perforation from the perforation rate 10%-70%.

What size can you do in your production line?

The max. size is 1800*5500mm, within this size all are available.

What colors can you do for the decorative sheets?

We can match any colors from RAL color chart or Pantone color chart or Jotun. Anyone only offer color number or sample and we could do it.

What is the surface treatment you can do?

We can do PVDF 3 finish, PE coating, powder coating, brushed and anodized finish.

What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 100sqms. If you are a customer purchasing regularly, we could accept lower than this quantity.

What is the usage of your sheets?

All our sheets could be used for interior ceiling and exterior wall decoration with different thickness and surface treatment.

If I want the price, what items do I need to offer you?

We need you to offer us the size, aluminum thickness, quantity, color, surface treatment of the sheets. If there are CAD drawings it will be better.
