Cutting, punching, bending, welding, coating and QC — all under our own roof in Foshan.

Fabrication Process

Sheet Metal Cutting → CNC Cutting (Punching, Laser Cutting, Hollow out) → Bending → Welding → Bracket Fixing → Polishing → Surface Treatment → QC → Package

Surface Treatment Process

Skim → Alkali-Corrosion → Blare-elimination (by acid) → Chromiumizing → Drying → Parts-installation → Spraying Solidifying → Parts-removing → QC & Packing

Packing & Shipping

How It Leaves the Plant

Custom plywood crate or box for heavy sheet metal parts.
Heavy duty carton for small and lighter metal parts.
Bubble bag or protective film for inner protection to avoid scratches.
Plywood pallet is available when sheet metal products are in large amount.
Shipping marks as per request.

We ship via Foshan port, Guangzhou or any other port depending on your needs.

Production and Ordering

Are you a manufacturer or simply a trading company?

We are the manufacturer, welcome you to visit our factory. We have several factories that you can choose to visit at any time.

Do you provide free samples?

We do provide free samples under the condition that you assume the express shipping cost. Free sample can be sent within 5 days after confirmation; the shipping cost will be refunded when you order.

How do I place an order?

Please tell us the service you need, OEM or ODM, and the quantity, then we will make the PI for you.

What is the delivery time?

Usually 15-20 days after receiving deposit. Lead time is 15-30 working days depending on the item.

What are the payment terms?

T/T, 30% deposit, balance settled before shipment.

Where is the shipping port?

We ship the products via Foshan port, Guangzhou or any other ports depending on your needs.

How do you guarantee the quality?

We have a rigorous quality test system: from raw materials to finished products, the materials must be checked and signed by QC people. Each product is tested before packing. For all our products we have certificate and product quality test report.
