Specifications
The Tire Pressure LED can be installed on any vehicle and is designed to fit any standard valve stem.
Tire Pressure LED is designed to replace the standard tire dust caps found on most vehicles, such as passenger cars, pick-up trucks, larger trucks, tractors, trailers, motorcycles, forklifts, lawn mowers, wheelbarrows, etc.
In order to provide the best accuracy in psi (in regards to the difference between light passenger vehicles and heavy trucks), two versions of the Tire Pressure LED are available.
Regular Car Version
We recommend this version for tires with 10 - 70 psi (0.7 – 5.0 Bar) recommended tire pressure, typically passenger vehicles, light trucks and SUVs.
This Tire Pressure LED will start flashing for a 4 psi (0.3 Bar) pressure drop.
Truck and Heavy Vehicle Version
This version is designed especially for heavy vehicles and we recommend it for tires with 60 - 170 psi (4.0 – 11.0 Bar) recommended tire pressure. This Tire Pressure LED will start flashing for an 8 psi (0.6 Bar) pressure drop.
