What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and packaging. For most stock items we work with container-friendly quantities; for custom OEM/ODM items a higher MOQ may apply. Contact us with your target product and we'll confirm exact figures.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We support custom colors, logos, packaging and original tooling. As an in-house R&D manufacturer, our ambition is to make products others want to copy. Share your spec and we'll quote.

Can I request samples before placing an order?

Yes, samples are available for evaluation. Sample and courier costs are typically borne by the buyer and can often be credited against a subsequent bulk order.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead time depends on quantity, customization and season. Every order is confirmed with a scheduled shipment date and carefully monitored through to delivery.
