Cardboard
The rigid base of the paper box ranges. It holds the box shape and carries the covering paper.
Used in the PB paper jewellery box series, wine boxes, chocolate and cake boxes.
Coated Paper
The covering paper wrapped over the cardboard. Colour and finish are specified by the customer.
Used across the paper box ranges, including the PB-200 series.
Wood
The base of the wooden jewellery and watch box ranges, finished with a lacquered surface.
Used in the WB series and the wooden watch boxes and displays.
Plastic
Used for the plastic jewellery and watch box items in the range.
Used in the plastic box categories under jewellery boxes and watch boxes.
Foam Insert
The moulded pad that holds the ring, the earring, the pendant or the watch in place. Covered in a soft material.
Used in the paper and wooden jewellery box series.
Velour and Velvet
Soft insert coverings, most often white or creme, used over the foam insert or as a box lining.
Used in the PB and WB jewellery box series.
PU Leather
A leather look lining used on several wooden box series, in white and other colours.
Used in the WB-100, WB-500, WB-600 and WB-700 series.
Ribbon and Satin
Decorative finishing used on gift boxes, applied as a tie, a pull or a lining detail.
Used on the PB-500 and PB-600 series and on gift box styles.
Reading A Specification
Each series page lists the material of the box, the material of the insert and the standard sizes of that series, using the same codes our sales department uses. Where a product page does not list a size, the specification is confirmed for each order.

Paper boxes with a velour covered foam insert are the lighter and lower cost option. Wooden boxes with a velvet or PU leather lining are used where the box itself is part of the presentation. Send us your budget and your product and our sales department will advise.
Parts of the range already combine materials, for example a cardboard box with a foam insert covered in velour, or a wooden box with a PU leather lining. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm.
Yes. OEM service is available. Sizes can be made to your requirement, and the covering paper, the insert material and the colours can be changed to your specification.
