The founders
Michael (co-founder, engineering and factory) is a mechanical engineer who ran R&D at a Japan-founded hair appliance company and has spent over two decades in product development. His focus: structure, safety and turning a design into steady mass production.
Lily Zhai (co-founder, sales and projects) takes projects from idea to sample to volume, with an eye on risk, timing and clear decisions.
