Our Main Facilities

Six machines cover the whole route from flat sheet to a finished letter: cutting, forming, welding and finishing. All of it happens in our own workshop in Longgang, Shenzhen.

What This Means for Your Order

Laser cutting and laser welding are what let us produce super slim and small letters — down to 30mm on brushed stainless steel — with a clean joint that survives the brushing and polishing stages. The brushed and polished machines set the grain and the mirror in-house, so the finish across a whole letter set matches.

Cutting, forming, finishing and packing under one roof is also why the usual manufacturing time is 5–7 days rather than weeks.
