Processing technic
Sets assembled by welding or pressing can be produced as well as single parts.
Surface treatment
Non-standard work
To meet different needs we also produce non-standard parts according to drawings. Typical examples are bolts, eyebolts, CNC turned parts and machined spindles. Spindles are made for fittings, power plant and valve equipment, up to 160 mm diameter and 6,500 mm long, in alloyed stainless steels such as 1.4305, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4101, 1.4006 and 1.4021 as well as standard steels.

My drawing uses a European grade. Can you match it
Yes. The grades listed here include the EN and DIN designations we work with. If yours is not listed, send it and we will confirm the equivalent.
Can one order combine metal and plastic parts
Yes. We have a mould workshop and plastic injection alongside the turning and milling machines, so assemblies with both can come from one order.
Can you assemble and weld sub-assemblies
Yes. Sets assembled by welding or pressing can be produced, in addition to single parts.
Which surface treatment should I choose
It depends on the material and where the part is used. Tell us the environment and we will suggest one.
