Do you work from drawings
Yes. Send the drawing or a sample photo with the material, the tolerance, the surface treatment and the annual quantity and we will quote. OEM orders and non-standard parts are welcome.
Which materials do you work with
Steel, stainless steel and alloy steel including S235JR, S355JR, C45 and the AISI 303, 304 and 410 grades, brass and aluminium alloys, and engineering plastics and rubbers such as POM, PA, PTFE, ABS, NBR and EPDM. The full list is on the capabilities page.
What surface treatments can you apply
Powder coating, hot galvanizing, painting, polishing, brushing, chrome, zinc and nickel plating, anodizing, electronic polishing and silk-screen.
Do you supply samples
Free samples are part of how we work. Send the drawing and tell us the sample quantity you need.
What documents can you supply with the goods
Test reports for samples and for quantity production, raw material certificates including chemical analysis and mechanical testing, and salt spray test results.
