Common Specification:

1) Length x Width:1000x500mm, 1000x510mm, or as per requests.

2) Thickness:0.8-3.0mm

3) Front Side: blue photoresist coating (no bubbles, nor scratches)

4) Back Side: two options for choice,

-- first option: anti-acid painting, color is orange or golden yellow, depending on stock available.

-- second option: red film pasted, which can be removed completely after etching.

Usage:

SGZ Coated Zinc Etching Plate has a variety of applications like Banner, wall-calendar, printing, stamping, embossing and coining. You can use Velv-Etch or SGZ Additive Oil to make remarkable etching.
