Large Scale Fabrication Step by Step
Panel developmentLarge forms are divided into panels that can be formed, welded and transported.
Forging and forming workshopCurved and compound surfaces are hammered and formed by hand before assembly.
Welding and structureInternal framing and welded joints carry the load and keep the outer surface true.
Grinding and levellingWeld seams are ground back so the finished surface reads as one continuous form.
Trial assemblyMulti-part pieces are dry assembled in the workshop before dismantling for shipment.

What Do You Need From Me to Start
A reference or sketch, the size you want, the finish you have in mind and the destination. Those four inputs cover most of a first quotation.
Who Owns the Design
Work commissioned to your own concept remains your concept. Pieces from our catalogue are our designs and are quoted as such.
Can You Match an Existing Piece on Site
Send photographs and dimensions of the existing piece. Matching form and finish on later phases is regular work.
How Is Quality Checked
Surfaces are inspected during grinding and polishing, and progress can be reviewed remotely by video or in person at the workshop.
