ModellingThe form is built as a 3D model so proportion and panel division are agreed before cutting.

Cutting and FormingSheet is laser cut and then hammered and formed to the developed surface.

Welding and GrindingPanels are welded to the internal frame and the seams are ground back flat.

Polishing and FinishMulti stage polishing, plating or painting produces the final surface.

Yes. Sculpture shown on this site is project work. Tell us the size, finish and destination you need and the piece is built for you.

Can the Size Be Changed

Yes. Height, diameter and wall thickness are set per project. Send the dimensions you need with your enquiry.

Which Finishes Are Available

Mirror polish, brushed, titanium gold plating, painted automotive coatings and coloured finishes are all produced in our workshop.

How Is It Packed for Export

Polished surfaces are film protected and padded, then crated in timber with internal bracing for sea freight. Shipping documents are prepared with the consignment.

Can I See It Before It Ships

Yes. Fabrication can be reviewed by remote video, and on-site inspection at the Shenzhen workshop can be arranged before packing.
