The equipment we use allows us to produce high-quality castings of varied complexity levels with equal efficiency. We guarantee the quality of every die that leaves our production lines. Our aluminum die castings are highly customizable, versatile, and affordable.

We have our independent molding and CNC workshop with 5 sets of CNC machining centers, 5 sets of EDMs, 20 sets of CNC lathes, and more than 30 sets of grinding machines, milling machines and drill machines etc.

Our die casting workshop has 10 sets of cold chamber die casting machines from 150T to 1250T and 3 sets of hot chamber die casting machines.

Also we have complete sets of inspection instruments such as Coordinate Measuring Machine, Hardness Tester and Spectrometer etc to ensure the quality of products.

What die casting machines do you run?

The die casting workshop has 10 sets of cold chamber die casting machines from 150T to 1250T and 3 sets of hot chamber die casting machines.

Do you make the mould in house?

Yes. Meifu has the ability of design and manufacturing of mould, with an independent molding and CNC workshop holding 5 sets of CNC machining centers, 5 sets of EDMs, 20 sets of CNC lathes and more than 30 sets of grinding, milling and drill machines.

How is quality controlled?

Quality is controlled at each step from design and production through to delivery according to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, and all products can pass RoHS testing. Inspection instruments include a Coordinate Measuring Machine, Hardness Tester and Spectrometer.

What surface finishes can you supply?

Burring, polishing, electroplating, plated chrome, silver and golden, sandblasting, painting, anodizing and powder coating.

Can you do machining and assembly after casting?

Yes. Meifu offers one-stop solutions including die casting, CNC machining service, surface treatment and sub-assembly works.

Which alloys can Meifu die cast?

Meifu produces precision aluminum die casting, zinc alloy die casting and magnesium alloy die casting.
