What we are for

Shipyards and owners send Star Marine a specification — chain diameter, door rating, valve DN, compressor pressure — and we return a packaged set that can be shop-tested and class-surveyed.

We are not asking you to buy a factory tour. We are asking you to send the problem on the vessel.

Business scope

1. Deck machinery: stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel electric or hydraulic windlass, winch and capstan for 12.5 mm to 60 mm AM-2 anchor chain.
2. Marine valves: electric or hydraulic iron, steel, bronze and stainless gate, ball, storm, SDNR, butterfly, fire and high-velocity vent valves.
3. Marine air compressors by flow and pressure.
4. Portable gasoline and diesel generator sets for small boats and yard use, 2 kW to 30 kW.
5. Anchors, anchor chain, mooring rope, marine windows and doors, navigation lights.

Quality and certificates

Every equipment item is tested before it leaves the shop. A test video and report can be shared. When a classification society survey is required, the product certificate records the test result and approval. Certificates can be issued under ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, GL, LR and RINA. BV and CCS are the most commonly used.

Warranty is one year after the cargo arrives at the vessel, with installation guidance and spare-parts support.
