The plant-extract page is a long list, not a set of finished SKUs. That changes the first email. Instead of asking whether botanicals exist, name the extract as it appears on the list and state that you can start at the published 1 kg MOQ.
Spellings on the source table are kept as published, including forms such as Gensing Root P.E. and Ginkgo biloka P.E. When you write, you can use the catalog spelling so the desk can find the row without a second translation step.
If the formula also needs a vitamin or a specialty active, say so in the same note. The point of a one-stop desk is that NMN or vitamin D3 oil does not have to travel through a second importer.
