We offer one-year warranty for all products from the date of purchase.
To receive warranty service please contact us. If we determine that service is needed we will give you a return address,
Please return the defective unit to the return address as requested.
For repairs not covered by warranty, We can also offer the repairing service, a standard fee may be charged to determine the nature of the problem. This fee will be applied to any necessary repairs.
Our engineers service group will follow up with a problem report within one business day of receiving the product. Most repairs can be completed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
