- Raw material screening - steel blanks and carbide materials are tested for hardness and toughness before entering production, and unqualified material is rejected.
- In-line patrol inspection - QC supervisors are stationed on each production line to check tooth milling, side-set edge forming and surface finish in real time.
- Final batch inspection - each batch runs a cutting performance test on actual machines to verify cutting smoothness, service life and anti-jamming performance before packaging.
