Eight steps: incoming inspection, production monitoring and procedure controlling, measurement tools monitoring, failure mode and effects analysis, error management, complaints handling, data storage and data backup, and the quality management system itself.
Does the laboratory work for outside parties?
Yes. Beyond serving our own production line and R&D department, the laboratory provides services to universities and research centres working on catalysts.
