Product Overview
DEFERRY®'s metallic substrate is using 0.06mm,0.05mm or thinner steel foil in the series of products, this leads to a further reduction in the exhaust gas counter pressure which improves the engine performance and decrease the fuel consumption.
Current product offer covers from 0.5" to 39.5" in diameter as a single catalyst for 3-way, DOC, VOC and other industrial applications, which would be perfect solution for gasoline or diesel engines displacement from 0.1 to 35 liters,the diameter and height can be designed according to customer requirements.

- Specification: can be designed as customer needed. Especially,we have large specification metallic substrate for the for diesel engine truck which can meet the emission standard of Euro V,Euro VI etc.
- We have our advantage product of double SS foil metallic substrate: Faster conduction heat (disparate the heat faster, the foil is not easy to melted). Higher vacuum intention the foil material will be brazed much faster which wont be loosed when the metallic substrate is used. The double S have much better purification efficiency.
