Product Overview
DEFERRY®'s Diesel catalytic converters are available for various sizes and configurations. Converter's housing are made of high grade 304/409 stainless steel. Inlets and outlets are available with flanged connections, as well as straight tubes.
The heart of the converter is our flow-through honeycomb substrate that is coated with a high surface area, precious metal-based oxidation catalyst coating, suitable for varieties of diesel applications especially medium and heavy duty diesel vehicles.
The good oxidation of HC,CO enable the low ignition temperature of dissolved organic matter (SOF), high conversion efficiency, meanwhile suppressing the generation of sulfates.
1）. POC( Particle Oxidation Catalyst) / DPF support: To provide the oxidation temperature of the particulate matter with the help of Regeneration;
2）.SCR support: The oxidation reaction of NO to NO2, improve the conversion efficiency of NOx
