Wheel type tool STTA is developed for tension the stainless steel banding and mounting the fittings on wooden,concrete or metal poles. The tool is equipped with special blade for easily cutting the stainless steel band. Wheel type metal banding tool STTA is heavy duty forged steel banding tool. Maximum thickness of mounted steel band is 1.2 mm and 20 mm of width.Wheel type tool STTA is made of galvanized steel,which is resistant to impacts and wear. Have long durability and extended service life. The stainless steel banding tool STTA has superior rust corrosion resistance and trouble proofed design, which strictly clamped the band and buckles.The cut knife withholds plenty of cutting cycles and guarantee long service period of tool.To complete the installation there is only one tool needed.

Ratchet type tool STTB is developed for tension the stainless steel band and mounting the fittings on wooden, concrete or metal poles. Maximum thickness of mounted steel band is 1.5 mm and 25 mm of width.Ratchet tool STTB is made of galvanized steel, which is resistant to impacts and wear. It keeps the tension tight on the strapping bands as they fasten the components together. The operations of cutting, tension, banding can be done with spin tension handle, spring-load-ed gripper and cuter. To complete the installation there is only one tool needed.

How to Installation the Stainless Steel Banding

Installation Steps of Stainless Steel Banding

1.Pull the stainless steel banding out of the plastic box and put on a corresponding size.

2.Wrap the stainless steel strapping around the binding object and use the stainless steel strapping tool, the binding head is bent and pressed under the buckle.

3.Put the extra part of the stainless steel strapping into the tool STTA opening,hold the tool STTA handle in the right hand and do the swing action repeatedly,until the stainless steel strapping is tightened.

4.After the stainless steel strapping is tightened,then pushes up the stainless steel strapping tool STTA.Reverse the pressure on the buckle.

5.Move the blade with the left hand to cut off the stainless steel strapping.

6.remove the stainless steel strapping tool STTA after the stainless steel strapping is cut off and hit the buckle with the hammer on both ear clips,thus a stainless steel strapping is installed.
