Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are the factory. Our factory has a history of more than 30 years, starting in 1990.
Do you provide samples, and are they free or extra?
We offer samples free of charge, but do not pay the cost of freight.
How long is your delivery time?
Usually the delivery time is 30 days after receiving the deposit. It depends on your order quantity.
Do you support OEM or ODM?
OEM and ODM orders are accepted. Any kind of logo printing or design is available.
What is your advantage compared with other traders?
A top China brand, a strong production base, direct communication with the factory and professional quality control.
What do you do to guarantee product quality?
We have professional quality control at every procedure, and after production we conduct 100% inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards, so that every product is properly qualified.
How long before I get a response after sending an enquiry?
We respond within 12 hours on working days. We also have our own after-sales department to deal with any question or problem you and your clients have.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and whether custom printing or tooling is involved. Send the item numbers and target quantity on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
Which payment and shipping terms do you work with?
Terms are agreed per order along with the quotation. Send your destination port and we will quote accordingly.
Can you supply both mechanical and chemical pest control products?
Yes. We produce mechanical traps and glue products, and chemical products including cockroach baits and attractants. We hold valid registration certificates for the pesticides we sell.
Do you have export licences?
Yes, we hold complete export licences for our product range.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. You are welcome to visit, and we can also arrange a live video walk-through of the production lines.
