Quality Control and Quality Assurance
We understand that quality control and quality assurance is not a one time event but an ongoing process. Quality cannot rely on QC and QA staff alone, it has to be controlled and assured by a good quality management system that is strictly implemented. What we apply is ISO 13485.
All of our staff are trained before they work on the production line, covering company regulations, production skills and quality awareness. QC inspection covers material inspection when material arrives, routing inspection during production and finished product inspection, and we spot check again before shipment.
Warranty
Products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranties vary with each product.

How Are the Products Packed
Polybag first, then a retail box, catering pack box or drawstring bag, then a shipping or storage box in 700g double cannelure. All packaging can be customised and we offer free packaging design.
