Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Guangzhou BlueOne Jewelry Co., Ltd. has manufactured jewelry in its own workshop in Panyu, Guangzhou since 2013.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no single figure, and any supplier who gives you one across a whole catalogue is guessing. A stock style can be ordered in far smaller quantity than a new development. Send the styles and quantities and it will be answered directly.
How fast can you ship?
Stock styles are dispatched within 48 hours of a confirmed order. Produced styles are quoted with a lead time at quotation.
Do you make to our design?
Yes. OEM from your drawing, CAD file, photograph or physical sample, and ODM from styles our own design team has developed.
What base metals do you work in?
Brass, 925 sterling silver and stainless steel.
What plating colours do you run?
Yellow gold, white gold and rose gold.
What stones do you set?
Cubic zirconia, moissanite, opal and other natural stones, all set by hand at the bench.
How thick is the plating?
It is specified per product on the quotation rather than published as one site-wide figure, because the right thickness for a stud earring is not the right thickness for a chain. Ask for the figure in writing on your quotation.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
The stainless steel pieces are, and the original product descriptions state this for the tennis bracelets in particular. For a programme going out at volume, specify stainless steel.
What quality control do you run?
A 10 person inspection team runs 6 rounds of checks covering stone security, plating coverage, clasp function and surface finish.
What certifications do you hold?
TBC. Third-party testing can be arranged against your market's requirements, and we confirm what is available in writing rather than publishing a claim on this site.
Can you supply private label packaging?
Yes - boxes, pouches, cards and barcoding to your specification, supplied with the order so one shipment arrives ready to sell.
Do you charge for samples?
Sampling and tooling are quoted per development. Modifying an existing style costs considerably less than cutting a new mould.
Who keeps the mould?
It stays on your account, which is why a repeat order is quicker and cheaper than the first.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We warmly welcome your enquiry or a visit. Email ahead so someone is free to walk you through the workshop.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit releases production with the balance before shipment. The specifics are confirmed on the proforma invoice for your order.
