Electric automatization

Increased functions of forging detecting,short feeding detecting,unqualified product auto separating,PLC touch screen control,failure alarm,Group centralized control(20 sets machines).

1.Forging abnormal detecting,increase detect function of no silver and short material,when detected the machine will alarm automatically.

2.Wire short feeding detecting,increase ring shape optical switch at inlet,when the sensor can not feel the wire feeding,the machine will stop and alarm.

3.Unqualified product auto separating,the product output pipe increase cylinder control baffle,when occur forging abnormal and short feeding,the cylinder will work automatically,separated the product into waste product box,this time the counter will calculated these product into wasted product.When the failure recovered,the cylinder will reset automatically.

4.Counter function:the device can record and display day output,cumulative output,waste output.Client can set target output,when achieve the set value,the machine will stop and alarm.
