Selection

How we handle it. Pick a shortlist of item codes from the catalogue first. Sizes, colours and the play or feeding format are all visible before anyone commits to artwork.
Customisation
The problem. Buyers are told everything is customisable and then find out at sampling that it is not.
How we handle it. What can change differs item by item — colourways, packaging and branding are the usual levers. We confirm per code what is open and what is fixed before sampling starts.
Sampling
The problem. Samples arrive late and the launch window closes.
How we handle it. Sample delivery is within 30 days. Approve against the physical sample rather than a rendering.
Production
The problem. Approved samples and delivered goods drift apart.
How we handle it. The approved sample is the reference for the production run. Keep one sealed sample on your side and one on ours.
Packing and shipping
The problem. Packaging decisions get left to the end and blow up the freight cost.
How we handle it. Carton sizes and pack quantities are confirmed with the quotation so the landed cost is known before the order is placed.
