Seasonal Programmes
Summer cooling, gifting and year-round bedding
Cooling is the clearest seasonal story in pet retail. What the product does, who it is for, and when the order has to be placed.
Dogs shed heat badly. In a hot flat with carpet and no cool floor, an owner has very little to offer. A cooling mat gives the animal a surface that is cooler than the room and lets it choose when to use it — which is exactly how it should be sold.
The commercial advantage of a mat over any powered solution is that it works anywhere: a crate, a car footwell, a patio, a camping trip. Nothing needs charging and nothing can fail electrically, which also keeps the returns rate low.

The most common cause of a bad review is an owner forcing a pet onto a mat. Put the guidance on the packaging: place it in shade, next to where the animal already lies, and let the pet move on and off it freely.
Cooling rarely sells alone at its best. A raised bed gives airflow underneath, a travel water bottle covers hydration on a walk, and a carrier completes a summer travel display. Merchandised together, the three carry each other.

Cooling demand does not build gradually, it spikes with the first hot week. Place the order against confirmed lead times and work backwards from that week, and agree up front what a mid-season reorder would take.

Summer cooling, gifting and year-round bedding
No. These are passive mats — they work without power, batteries or refrigeration. Store them flat and out of direct sun.
