Hair is the part of a sheitel a buyer cannot judge from a photograph. What can be judged is what the supplier is willing to say plainly about it, and what he refuses to say.

Stage by Stage
Enquiry and Expectations
The problem: A buyer who expects one origin for every lot will be disappointed by a stock shipment sooner or later.
We say at the start which hair is available to order and which is stock, rather than letting the assumption stand.
Selecting Virgin or Remy
The problem: The two words are used loosely in this trade, and a buyer can pay for one and receive the other.
The order names which one it is, and the documentation we hold for that hair is shared with the buyer.
Hair Sample in the Hand
The problem: Hand-feel cannot be photographed, and it is the thing a salon's customer notices within seconds.
A sample is sent so the buyer can handle the hair before any production decision is made.
Colour Against the Swatch
The problem: Screens and words both fail on brown; two lots described identically can arrive visibly apart.
Colour, rooting and highlights are matched to the swatch in front of both sides, and that swatch governs the run.
Setting Density
The problem: A density number invites a dispute nobody can resolve, because the number means different things to different makers.
Density is agreed in words as natural for the piece and confirmed on the sample, with no figure published here.
Into the Piece
The problem: Approved hair can still be spoiled by the way it is attached to the base.
The approved hair is knotted or wefted to the chosen base by the same specification the colour was approved under.
Reorder to the Same Reference
The problem: A repeat matched by memory rather than by reference is how a shade quietly drifts over a year.
The swatch reference is kept with the order so a later lot is matched to the same point, not to the last delivery.

Is the hair always European?
To order it can be. Not every stock lot is European, and we will tell you which is which rather than let you assume.
Can we receive a hair sample?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp and a sample goes out; it is the only honest way to judge hand-feel.
Where does the hair come from, and is that a problem of avodah zarah?
We share the documentation we hold about the hair. The question you are asking is a halachic one and belongs with your community rav, not with a sales page.
Why is there no density figure?
Because it would not mean the same thing to you as to us. Density is agreed in words and confirmed on a sample instead.
