Start With the Community Custom

Before the base, before the colour, before anything on a catalogue page: which custom do the women who walk into your salon keep. Ribbon band, lining, or front lace — that answer eliminates most of the catalogue for you.

Salons that skip this step end up with stock that looks right and sits unsold, because the piece that a client cannot wear is not a discount problem. It is a construction mismatch.

The factory does not rule on custom. We build to it, and we expect the salon to have asked the question before the order.

Then Choose the Crown Base

With the custom settled, the crown base is the next real choice: lace, silk, mono, or a full hand tie. Each behaves differently at the part and under wear, and each reorders differently.

For a first shelf, most salons take a Lace Top Sheitel as the everyday free-part line and a Silk Top Sheitel for clients who spend their days in bright light. Hand-tied pieces come later and get ordered on their own schedule.

Machers ordering raw caps make the same choice one step earlier, at the cap itself, and finish the piece in their own workroom.

Ask for a Hair Sample First

Ask for a hair sample before a large colour order. This is the single cheapest mistake to avoid in the whole process.

Tones shift in salon light. A swatch that matched on a screen or under a factory lamp can read differently on your own floor, and by then the run is made.

Look at the sample where your clients will see it: near the window, at conversation distance, not held up under a spotlight.

Shipping to Israel and the United States

We ship to Israel and the United States on the wholesaler's order. Those are the two markets the line is built for, and the order forms around whichever one the buyer sells into.

Customs and papers are coordinated in conversation. We will not promise on a web page what has not been closed for a specific shipment, because the buyer is the one who carries the consequence of a promise that does not hold.

Conversion here is WhatsApp and email. There is no form to fill in, and nothing on this site quotes a price.

No Sizes, No Price List

There are no sizes on the site. Client heads are measured in your salon, by the person who will fit the piece, and base measurements are closed with us in conversation.

There is also no public price list. Terms follow the specification, the hair and the run, and publishing a number that only holds for one configuration misleads more buyers than it helps.

What a salon can rely on is that the same specification produces the same piece on a reorder. That is what a repeating construction is for.

Trial Orders and Private Label

A small trial order is possible and is closed in consulting. For a new buyer it is usually the sensible first step: one construction, one colour direction, seen on your own floor before a shelf is committed.

Private label from the first order is sometimes possible; it depends on volume. We would rather say that plainly than describe a programme we cannot open for every buyer.

Asking about a case study is fine, and being on one is not part of the deal. We publish anonymised process patterns and no client files.
