Who We Serve

Private Label and Brand OEM

Private label and brand OEM: hair sample, colour approval, cap, QC and packing under your own name. We will not invent a factory story that does not exist.

Long straight sheitel in mixed light and dark brown on a white display bust, parted in the centre with the lengths falling either side of the face

A brand that puts its name on a sheitel is taking responsibility for what is inside it. The work here is to make sure the inside is something the brand can describe honestly.

That is why the sequence starts with hair in the buyer's hand and colour approved against a swatch, before a cap is cut or a label is discussed.

What This Market Runs Into

A Supplier Story the Brand Cannot Repeat

A brand that repeats a supplier's invented history owns that claim in front of its own customers. We keep to what can be shown.

Marking That Betrays the Label

A factory name left inside a cap undoes private label at the moment a customer looks in. Marking is decided with the brand.

Colour Signed Off on a Screen

Screens disagree with each other. Approval belongs to hair the buyer has held, which is why a sample comes before a run.

Drawings Expected as a Download

There are no CAD files to download from this site. If a drawing is needed for a cap, it is requested on WhatsApp and handled in the conversation.

What Buyers Here Ask For

  • Hair approved in the hand before the brand commits a colour to its range.
  • A cap specification the brand can describe to its own buyers without guessing.
  • Marking and labelling settled to the brand's instruction, including leaving the factory name off.
  • Packing that arrives in a state the brand can put in front of a customer.

How We Deliver Into This Market

  • Packing carries the brand's own marking when private label has been agreed.
  • The factory name can be left off the cap entirely; what is marked and where is settled in consulting.
  • The hair documentation held for the run travels with the goods, and nothing is added to it.

Application Scenarios

A Brand Opening Its First Line

One construction and a narrow set of shades are chosen, approved on samples, and built as the brand's opening range.

A Retailer Adding an Own Label

An existing seller keeps the constructions already known to the shelf and changes only what is marked inside the cap.

A Brand Extending an Existing Range

A second construction is added beside the first once the brand knows which part of its range is actually selling.

How an Order Runs

  1. Hair Sample

Hair goes to the brand first, for feel and for colour, before any cap work begins.

  2. Colour Approval

The approved shade is fixed against a swatch and becomes the reference for the brand's run.

  3. Cap and Build

The chosen base is cut and sewn, hair is knotted or wefted to it, and the piece is shaped to the brief.

  4. QC and Private-Label Packing

Each piece is inspected and then packed under the brand's marking, if that is what was asked for.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the cap omit the factory name?

Yes, on private label. What appears inside the cap is agreed with you in consulting.

What is the minimum for an OEM run?

In conversation. It depends on the construction and the shade spread, so it is not fixed in advance here.

Can we download a cap drawing?

There are no CAD files on the site. Ask on WhatsApp and a drawing can be handled there if one is needed.

Will you supply a hechsher for our label?

No. We describe construction and share the hair documentation we hold; halachic standing for your brand is a matter for a rav, not for a factory.
