Which cap is the most kosher?

The site does not rank that. A front fabric-ribbon band and lining under lace are the constructions many communities ask for in order to block natural hair. The ruling sits with the rav.

Can we buy caps without hair?

Yes. Machers order this often, and the same pattern can be finished with hair later.

Can lining be added to another cap?

Yes, lining can be added to another pattern to order. Ask in consulting.
