What is M35 high speed Steel ? HSS M35 high speed steel is a molybdenum mix Cobalt based high speed tool steel which is a better tool steel as compare to HSS M2 due to its ability of having 5% Cobalt.

HSS M35 is way ahead effective durable long lasting steel which is also commonly used worldwide for generation of cutting tools such as drills, reamers, gear cutters, broaches, die steel.

It has components such as Molybdenum (Mo), Tungsten (W) & Cobalt (Co), Vanadium (V) grades, possessing high hardness, excellent cutting properties, red hardness making it as one of the best fine grade tool steel to generate hardness upto 64-66 HRC post heat treatment.

This conventional steel has mix of cobalt & Moly elements and carbides in it are small and evenly distributed.

It has high Tensile strength & wear resistance.

This grade is most effective and economically priced making it most commonly used high speed steel grade.
