Shandong Tianyu Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a steel producing, processing and sales enterprise covering steel coils, steel plates and steel pipes from Liaocheng in Shandong Province. The plate range runs from mild and carbon steel through Corten weathering plate and S460 S550 S690 structural grades to AR400 AR500 AR600 wear plate and bullet-proof plate. Alongside that sit stainless, tinplate, angle steel and round bar in medium carbon and nitriding grades.

Where Overseas Steel Sourcing Goes Wrong
An overseas buyer usually knows the grade used at home but not its Chinese, European or Japanese equivalent, and rarely wants a full mill lot of one single size. Coil, plate and pipe are held together so one order can mix items into one container. Cutting, bending, decoiling, decoiling and punching are done before packing, so the steel arrives in the shape the workshop actually needs.
Grade on the Drawing Has No Obvious Equivalent
A drawing calls for ASTM A53 Grade B or S355J2H and the quotes come back in Q345 with no note of what changed. We set the equivalent out in writing against the standard you specified, so the substitution is a decision you make rather than one you discover at goods inwards.
Material Lands Without a Mill Test Certificate
Steel with no certificate cannot go into a pressure line, a hull or a defense contract, and a certificate produced weeks later rarely matches the heat that arrived. A mill test certificate to EN 10204 is issued against the ordered grade and travels with the shipment documents.
Thickness and Surface Vary Across the Bundle
Mixed thickness in one bundle throws out nesting on the cutting table and forces rework on welded assemblies. Thickness is checked against the ordered range before cutting and the surface condition is inspected against what was ordered, whether that is NO.1, 2B, BA, HL, 8K, natural or painted.
Rust Appears Before the Container Is Opened
Bare plate and coil sweat in a container crossing the tropics and arrive with surface rust that has to be blasted off before fabrication. Export packing covers edge protection, moisture barrier and bundling, and coated options such as galvanized, galvalume, Zn-Al-Mg or painted surface remove the problem at source.

From Enquiry To Loaded Container
Enquiry
Send the grade, dimensions and quantity, or just the drawing and the application if the grade is still open. A cutting list, a coil width or a pipe schedule table removes the first round of questions entirely.
Grade Review and Quotation
The requested designation is matched to what can be supplied and any equivalent is written into the offer next to the original grade. The quotation states thickness, size, technique, surface, processing and packing so nothing is assumed.
Order Confirmation
The confirmed specification, processing scope and certificate requirement are fixed in the order. Price terms are agreed by TT or LC before material is allocated.
Stock Allocation or Rolling
Items already held in coil, plate or pipe stock are pulled and reserved against the order. Sizes outside stock are rolled or drawn to the ordered technique, whether that is hot rolled, cold rolled, normalized or quenched and tempered.
Processing and Inspection
Cutting, bending, decoiling, decoiling and punching are carried out against the cutting list, then dimensions and surface condition are checked before packing. The mill test certificate is prepared against the ordered grade at this point.
Packing Loading and Documents
Material is marked, edge protected and bundled for the sea crossing, then loaded and photographed. Shipping documents and the mill test certificate follow the container so customs and goods inwards have what they need on arrival.

Can I order more than one product type in a single shipment?
Yes. Coil, plate, pipe, tinplate and bar come from the same stock, so a mixed load can be built from one order and one set of shipping documents. Tell us the full bill of materials and the loading plan comes back with the quotation.
We use ASTM grades and your listings show GB and EN designations. How is that handled?
Quote the standard you work to, whether EN, ASTM, JIS or GB, and the equivalent is confirmed in writing before anything is cut. The offer shows both the grade you asked for and the grade that will actually be supplied.
Do you supply certificates with the steel?
A mill test certificate to EN 10204 is issued against the ordered grade and travels with the shipment. Company certification recorded on the source site covers ISO9001, BV, SGS and RoHS.
Can you cut plate and slit coil to our sizes rather than shipping standard sheets?
