Sourcing plastic housewares from China rarely fails on unit price. It fails on the details that only show up after the container arrives.
- Loading surprises. A carton figure that does not match reality turns a planned 40HQ into two part loads. Every item page here carries the carton size, pieces per carton and the 20FT, 40GP and 40HQ loading quantity taken from the packing specification.
- Colour drift across a range. A bowl, a plate and a cup bought as one family that arrive in three different whites. We mould to your PANTONE reference and send free colour chips for approval before production starts.
- Print that was never agreed. Heat transfer decals are confirmed on a paper proof before the plate is made, and the set up cost is not refundable once you approve that proof. We say so before you order, not after.

Questions Buyers Ask First
What do you actually manufacture?
Injection moulded plastic housewares: food storage and lunch boxes, tableware and drinkware, kitchen tools, household storage and furniture, cleaning and waste, laundry and hanging, baby items and bathroom accessories. Our own production is plastic moulding. The short stainless steel and ceramic lines are sourced and consolidated, and we say so on those pages.
How many products can I actually order from the website?
809 items across 76 categories are published here with photograph, size, carton and container loading data. The full factory item list is longer and we will send the current list for any category on request.
What is your minimum order quantity?
3000 pcs per design per item, and not less than US$5,000 per item. A mixed order of several items is normal and is the usual way a first container is put together.
What are your price terms?
FOB Shantou for orders above 25 CBM. For LCL or FCL below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge. If you need FOB Shenzhen there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port. Quotations are valid for one month.
How long is production?
30 to 40 days after all details are confirmed, for one 20GP. Decal plate set up adds 10 to 15 days and runs in parallel where possible.
What are your payment terms?
All set up costs and sample fees are 100% T/T in advance. For orders under US$50,000 we work on 30% deposit with the balance before shipment if you nominate the forwarder, or 30% deposit with the balance after shipment against a Marine Bill of Lading when the forwarder is ours.
Do you supply samples?
Free plastic colour chips are supplied against your designated PANTONE colour. If a complete product has to be made as a sample in advance the sampling cost is US$200.
