Sign companies, shopfitters, architects and brand owners send us artwork; we cut, weld, finish and pack the letters and ship them ready to install. Every set arrives with a 1:1 scale installation template so the holes are drilled once.

Yes. Tell us your detailed requests for the sample together with your delivery address, telephone number and email, and we will come back with a price.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Any quantity order is accepted, from a single letter set to a full brand rollout.
How long does an order take?
Usually 5-7 days for manufacturing and 4-5 days for shipping. DHL or UPS express is used for normal jobs and sea freight for big projects.
What guarantee do you give?
Five years on non-illumination signs and three years on illumination signs. The LEDs used in illuminated letters are rated at 45,000 hours.
How are the letters fixed and packed?
Non-illuminated letters are fixed with back concealed studs and supplied with M3 to M8 screw studs and a 1:1 scale installation template. Illuminated letters come with a 1:1 scale installation template and screw bolts. Everything is packed in wax paper, bubble bag, pearl cotton and a plywood crate box.
