Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and you are welcome to visit the plant. The hydroxyethyl cellulose project runs at 5000 tonnes a year using an acetone countercurrent washing process.
Which products do you hold in stock?
800 tonnes of hydroxyethyl cellulose are held year round across the viscosity range. Other lines are produced to order, normally 7 to 10 days from payment.
How quickly can an order be shipped?
Stock items are despatched within 5 days of payment, and once an order is confirmed we can deliver to the designated port within 3 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
L/C, T/T, D/A, D/P, PayPal and Western Union. We have worked with China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation for many years.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are sent by FEDEX, DHL or EMS. Some samples are free of charge and you cover the freight.
