Can you build a machine to our finished product size?
Yes. Customisation is on the specification of every machine we sell. Send your finished product drawing, fabric type and gsm, pack format and voltage, and we quote the matching build.
Will you test the machine with our own fabric?
Yes, when you send a material sample we run it at factory run-off and record the settings, which ship with the machine.
What delivery times should we plan for?
About 15 days for an impulse sealer or labeling machine, 25 to 35 days for most converting machines, and about 45 days for wide bed sheet and spa lines.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
One year on the machine, with wear parts held in stock. Support runs through WhatsApp video so our engineers can see what the machine is doing.
Do you sell single machines or only complete lines?
Both. We service and sell single non woven machines so customers can upgrade one station of an existing line, as well as supplying complete production lines.
