How It Fits
A spacer, adapter or ring is selected from the bolt pattern, the centre bore and the thickness. Get those three right and the part fits.
Written as 5x114.3 or 5x4.5 — the lug count and the diameter of the circle through every lug hole centre. 4, 5, 6 and 8 lug patterns are published.

How far the wheel needs to move outboard, and the stud or bolt thread the nuts have to match. Both decide whether longer fasteners are needed.
