What does Wodong actually manufacture?

Filter media and finished filters. The media side is woven wire cloth, dutch wire cloth, brass wire mesh, perforated metal and expanded screens. The finished side is strainer screens, strainer baskets, sanitary cores, filter discs, hydraulic and marine elements and custom fabrications.

Can you replace a screen or element from another brand?

Yes. Replacement strainer baskets, hydraulic oil filters and marine filter elements are produced to fit most brands in the world, and all products can be customized from your drawings or samples.

What is the finest filtration you can supply?

Woven wire cloth goes to 635 mesh. Twill dutch weave reaches a nominal rating of 1 micron and an absolute rating of 6 to 7 micron. Stainless steel filter cartridges are rated from 1 to 100 um.

Do you sell filter media by the roll?

Yes. Wire cloth is supplied in rolls of 30m or customized, 3 foot to 2 meters wide, or cut to slices. Perforated metal comes as plate or rolls and expanded screens as sheet or rolls.

Where is Wodong located?

Wodong Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd is at Houzhaoding Industry Zone, Anping County, China. Anping is the wire mesh weaving centre of the country and the reason the raw media is produced in house.
