Perfume atomizers, perfume caps and car diffuser components are made on the same tooling, decoration and assembly lines, which is why a cap edge and an atomizer collar can be matched to one colour reference instead of two suppliers' interpretations of it.

The vial reacts
A vial that clouds or leaches turns a premium fragrance into a complaint. Every atomizer here uses a PCTG inner vial, tested against fragrance oils for long-term compatibility rather than first-day appearance.
The refill spills
Decanting through a funnel is where customers give up on a travel size. Bottom refill and the U-Change interchangeable vial remove the funnel step entirely.
The cap works loose
A friction cap that loosens in a bag is a leak, a ruined lining and a return. Zinc alloy magnetic closures hold through handbag and carry-on vibration.
Batch two looks wrong
Finish drift between runs is a tooling and process problem, not a bad luck problem. Batch numbers are recorded across cartons, pallets and key components so a drift can be traced to a run.

Decoration stays in house
Anodising, electroplating, spray coating and leather wrapping run on site. That is what makes a matched cap, collar and diffuser possible from one reference.

Spray testing and sealing checks happen during assembly, not after boxing, and every unit is leak tested before packing.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the structure and the decoration rather than on a single company-wide number. Send the product you are interested in through WhatsApp and we will give you the quantity break that applies to it.
Do you supply the fragrance as well?
No. We manufacture packaging: atomizers, caps and diffuser components. The fragrance oil and the filling stay with your own supplier, which keeps your formula and your compliance documents in your control.
How long does a project take?
Typical project lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from brief to shipment. Repeat orders on existing tooling are shorter because development and colour approval are already complete.
Can you match the colour of our existing bottle?
Yes. Colour is developed against a Pantone reference or a physical sample. A physical sample is more reliable because it carries the substrate as well as the colour.
Where is production?
Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Component processing, decoration and assembly are managed under one manufacturing system and visits are welcome by appointment.
Can we run a third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection including SGS is supported. Book it against the agreed production window so the inspection and packing dates line up.
