General Ball Valve Factory is a Chinese manufacturer professional in manufacturing brass fittings, brass valves, and brass ball valves etc. It is located in the famous Yuhuan county that is entitled “the Capital of valve” in China. It possesses a coordinated process of hot forging, sand casting and CNC machining and has an enormous potential for developing process and quality control capacity. It has obtained the authorization of ISO:9001:2000 and 95% of our products are exported to Europe, North America and other developed countries.

Our engineers design your custom samples with AutoCAD, Pro-E and Solid Works, with over one decade of OEM and ODM experience.

In-house quality control

All QC procedures are completed in-house — material content is analysed, every production process is controlled, and finished goods are measured and tested including packing, logos and approval marks.

Lead time you can plan around

If the quantity is not large, 15 days is enough; if large, it should take 1 month.

Common brass, or your specification

Cu 57-59%, Pb≤3%, Fe≤0.8%, Ni≤1%. Other brass or bronze are also available.
