Reusable Polypropylene Packaging Extruded in Our Own Plant
We extrude twin-wall corrugated plastic sheet from 2 to 12 mm and fabricate it into reusable boxes, totes, layer pads, sleeve pack pallet containers and printing grade sign board. Six production lines in Changshu, Jiangsu, exporting to more than 30 countries since 2009.

Two Skins Two Numbers and One Decision That Sets Everything
Thickness sets the flute height. Weight per square metre sets how much polypropylene is in the section. Both are ordered separately.
Grades Set on the Line
Corona treated at 45 dynes, anti-static at 1×10⁸–1×10¹⁰ Ω, conductive at 1×10³–1×10⁵ Ω, UV stabilised and flame retardant. Concentrate is compounded in at the extruder, not sprayed on afterwards.
Sizes Cut to Your Part
Standard sheet is 2440 × 1220 mm and any other panel size is produced to order, so you are not paying freight on offcuts.
Colour Costs Nothing
Sheet is extruded in the colour you specify, which lets you colour code parts, routes or phases. Conductive grade is the one exception and is black.

What the Plant Actually Looks Like
Extrusion and Fabrication Under One Roof
The factory covers about 20,000 m² in Dongbang Industrial Park, Changshu, Jiangsu, with six advanced extruding production lines and an annual output of around 90,000 tons.
Because sheet extrusion and container fabrication happen in the same plant, moving from standard to anti-static grade, or from sheet to a finished container, does not mean changing supplier.

How Do I Get Samples
Samples are free of charge. We send them as soon as possible by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express.
Can I Get a Price List
Yes. Tell us your detailed requirements such as thickness, colour, weight per square metre, raw material request and end use, and we will quote against that specification.
How Do You Ship
We usually ship by sea through our shipping agent to any destination port in the world. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Wire transfer is required for international shipping.
Can We Place an OEM Order
Yes. OEM and customised orders are welcome. Send us the drawing and the requirements of your desired style and we will submit samples for your approval.
How Do We Arrange Payment
T/T wire transfer, 40% down and the balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading. A product designed and manufactured specially for a customer requires a higher deposit than normal.
How Long Does Production Take
From order and payment confirmation it takes 7 to 10 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before the goods are ready for shipment.
