Epic Crystal Co., Ltd. is the leading developer and manufacturer of scintillation crystals in China, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Huaqiao Town, Kunshan, Jiangsu Province (some sources reference 2005 as the operations start year and Shanghai for early activities). The team is composed of technologists and entrepreneurs from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) with over 20 years of experience in the scintillation crystals field.
