A Control Valve That Will Not Sit Where The Controller Asked
Packing friction, thermal growth and unbalanced process force all push a valve stem away from the position the controller demanded. A positioner closes that loop at the valve. A transducer turns the electrical signal into the air the valve can act on. When either one fails, the loop stops controlling and the original brand replacement is often discontinued or months away.
Stem Sticks Then Jumps
Static friction in the packing beats the air pressure the controller supplies, so the valve does nothing and then moves too far. A positioner keeps raising air until the stem actually arrives.
The Loop Will Not Settle
The valve responds late to a change in controller output, so the tuning chases itself. Closing the position loop at the valve cuts that lag out of the response.
Travel Is Not Proportional
A given percentage change in signal does not give the same change in travel across the stroke. A positioner linearises the relationship between signal and position.
The Actuator Stalls
Large diaphragm actuators need more output power than a controller signal can deliver. The positioner raises the available power to the actuator.
Nothing Speaks Air
The control system outputs 4 to 20 mA and the field device only accepts pressure. An I/P transducer sits between the two and converts one to the other.
The Original Part Is Gone
The brand that made the fitted positioner has discontinued it, or quoted a lead time longer than the shutdown window. We build the same pattern on the same bracket.

Do you make these yourself or resell them?
We manufacture them. Wenzhou EAA Electric is a subsidiary of Snda Industry Co Limited and builds the positioner, transducer, limit switch and pilot valve ranges in Wenzhou, Zhejiang.
How do I know which model matches my valve?
Send a photo of the existing instrument, its nameplate and the mounting bracket on WhatsApp. That is usually enough for us to confirm the matching model before you order.
What is the lead time?
Regular quantities ship in 2 to 3 days from stock. Large quantities are produced in 7 to 10 days.
Can I order under my own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM supply covers the nameplate marked with your logo, the housing painted in your colour, customised cartons and newly designed shape modules developed to your drawing.
What warranty do you give?
18 months. Send photos or a short video of a failed unit and we ship a replacement rather than asking you to return it for repair. It normally travels with your next order, or on its own if the plant is down.
Can I see the goods before they are shipped?
Yes. We photograph or film your actual units in the sample room or warehouse and send them over WhatsApp before packing.
Why is there no enquiry form on this site?
Because forms lose messages and delay answers. WhatsApp and email reach the same person directly, and WhatsApp lets you send photos of the valve, which is what we need to answer you properly.
Do you work with distributors on an exclusive basis?
Yes. We work with both non exclusive dealers and exclusive agents. Under an exclusive agency the factory stops accepting orders in that territory and passes customer enquiries to the agent.
