CRATOOLS builds the forming, pressing, cutting and sewing machines that turn fabric and sisal into airway, corrugated and pleated polishing wheels, and supplies the cloth, sisal and steel centres that feed them. If your wheels are still folded by hand, this is the equipment that replaces the bench.
What We Make
Four ranges that cover the buffing wheel trade, plus a timber machinery line built on the same shop floor.
Buff Making Machines
Bias cutting, forming, pressing, sewing and edge trimming machines for airway, corrugated, pleated and sisal rope wheels. Most run with one operator and an English control panel.
Polishing Buffs And Abrasives
Sisal, cotton, treated cloth, non woven and flap wheels in plane, airway, corrugated and pleated constructions, plus bar polishing compound.
Buff Raw Materials
Treated fabric cloth, sisal cloth, poplin cotton, iron plates, clinch rings and steel claws pressed in our own metal plates factory.
Timber Wood Machines
Multi rip saws for round wood and square timber, panel saws, band saws, heat pressing jointing machines and tenno connecting machines.
Saw Blades And Blade Care
Saw blades produced in our own blade factory, with grinding and edge cutting machines that keep a multichip line running.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
Do you build the machines yourselves or resell them?
We build the buffing wheel machines and the timber cutting machines in our own factories in Qingyuan, and we produce saw blades in house. We also distribute polish buffs, abrasives and buff raw materials from the local production base.
Can you supply a complete buffing wheel production line?
Yes. A standard airway buff line is the CRA-500 bias cutting machine, the CRA-800 or CRA-300 forming machine, the CRA-600 pressing machine and the CRA-700 edge cutting machine, quoted as one package.
What is your delivery time?
5 to 15 workdays if the goods are in stock. 15 to 60 workdays if they are made to order, depending on quantity and machine model.
Will you test our own material before we order?
Yes, sample testing is free. You cover the freight and send the fabric, sisal or workpiece you plan to run.
What are your payment terms?
Orders up to 10000 USD are 100% in advance. Above 10000 USD it is 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment.
What support comes after the machine arrives?
Installation training, operation training and lifetime free consulting. We answer after sales questions within 0 to 24 hours.
What voltage do the machines use?
380 V three phase is standard and voltage can be customised for your market. Machine interface and language are in English.
